SummaryThe role leads ERP operational excellence initiatives in a matrix organization including system users, super users, business process owners (BPOs) and other cross-functional stakeholders. In close collaboration with BPOs, Super users and CI leaders networks, the ERP Lead drives alignment of business processes and systems capabilities and identifies opportunities for improvement and/or investment needed to support business goals.Job DescriptionThe Operational Excellence (OpEx) ERP Lead is a value-oriented change management leader who defines and drives strategic roadmaps and tactical plans to increase systems value through simplification, automation and integration of business transactions. The role collaborates with PO\u0026T and IT leaders to define strategic value-creation priorities and innovative digital strategies to drive improvements across people, process and technology.
The OpEx ERP Lead defines and manages effective ERP governance to align business strategy with capabilities, prioritize resources and timing for execution and facilitates ERP steering committee decisions for AOP planning and/or escalated issues. As part of governance, an ERP data integrity improvement program is defined and tracked in partnership with functional stakeholders.

*Defines and leads an effective ERP governance process
*Engages top to bottom ERP stakeholders and aligns decision priorities for funding, implementations and/or changes.
*Defines and implements metrics to measure program performance
Roadmap and Execution Planning
*Defines an ERP roadmap (1-3yr) in close collaboration with SC IT and GSC leadership
*Identifies and prioritizes critical short term initiatives
*Maintains and leads roadmap discussions through ERP governance and other relevant business forums
*Support functional leaders to define effective business cases in need for IT/business funding
BPO, Super user and ERP Major Projects
*Leads major ERP facing projects in need to strategic direction and IT support (i.e. New implementations, integrations, separations, etc.)
*Reengages BPOs and super users in best-practice network groups to define value drivers and improvement initiatives.
*Leads annual conference to build partnerships and alignment of global efforts across major stakeholders.
*Maintains close interaction with Oracle resources to align on best practices and emerging technologies.
Stakeholder Management \u0026 Communication
*Maintains regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and visibility of short/long term priorities
*Communicates on regular cadence relevant ERP bright spots, effective collaborations, implementations, super user engagement efforts and other relevant events that increase awareness of program effectiveness
*Implements and reports relevant system utilization metrics to increase adoption and data improvements
#LI-ML1Qualifications15+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations management, and/or operational excellence in life sciences or related regulated industry.
Enterprise applications management and implementation experience highly preferred. 6+ years of change management experience related to ERP implementations (preferably with Oracle), and/or similar large-scale technology change/organization change efforts.EducationBachelor's degree minimum. MBA degree preferred.
Six Sigma certification is a plus
