What you need to do the job:
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
- 1-3 years of experience and/ or substantial internships in a software development role and understanding of Object Oriented Principles
- Prior experience or understanding with following is desirable: UML Modeling principles, , SOAP Services and REST APIs, XML Schema, WSDL, TAML, JSON Web Token, Encryption,UAF.
-Ability to effectively communicate orally and written channels
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
-Team player with strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork to improved team effectiveness
-Resourcefulness and ability to quickly and successfully adapt to change
-Ability to demonstrate a commitment to integrity, the Aetna code of conduct and respect for diversity

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
