Job Description:

Chief Financial Officer for Aetna's PayFlex business unit. The candidate will be the key finance business partner for the CEO of PayFlex and have financial oversight over the full P&L for PayFlex, including FP&A, controllership, billing, and pricing. The candidate will also lead a team of 8 finance professionals in conducting their day-to-day activities
Fundamental Components:
The CFO of PayFlex will lead all financial operations for the PayFlex business unit within Products and Services. The CFO will be responsible for providing leadership in the development of financial forecasts, and leading the planning an analysis of business drivers and metrics. The CFO will be the primary advisor on all financial matters to the businesses' senior leadership team. The CFO will work collaboratively to business leadership to drive performance and meet all P&L commitments to Products and Services and the Enterprise.
1) Lead finance to achieve strategic and financial goals for PayFlex
2) Develop personal and professional credibility with key stakeholders within the PayFlex business unit and the overall Enterprise
3) Lead and build a team of 8 finance professionals
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
