Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsible for assisting Sales and Marketing management utilizing website, other communications and advertising to effectively present the Company's products and services to customers and prospects. Meets with appropriate Sales and Marketing colleagues to discuss communication needs. Researches and develops supporting marketing materials and presents recommendations to Marketing leadership or internal committee. Serves as a liaison to Salesforce and Sales Departments. Provides daily status of projects, deadlines, and performance to management. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.
Manages marketing automation platform, and Account-Based Marketing tactics (through Terminus and Demandbase); Pardot or other marketing automation experience preferred.
Assists in translating business needs into marketing operations process, providing insight, knowledge, and understanding of customers, products, and industries.
Assists as a point of contact for questions on marketing automation, lead process, operations and marketing reporting.
Provides leadership and oversight to lower-level Marketing Specialists and outside vendors.
Helps create ongoing and ad-hoc reporting to measure effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Regularly works in our content management system to add/edit content on the website, familiarity with the Drupal platform is preferred.
Works on lead nurturing and monitors site leads and contact engagement.
Regularly works in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with executive presentations preferred.
Regularly works within Google Analytics and other tools for reporting and data analysis.
Budget management experience a plus.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Microsoft Office, especially Excel (for data analysis) and PPT (for reporting)
Minimum 1 year digital marketing experience with reporting back on efforts to leadership
Comfortable working in a website CMS without manager oversight, Drupal experience preferred
Google Analytics experience, certification preferred
Marketing automation platform experience, Pardot experience preferred
Salesforce or other CRM platform experience
Marketing technology experience: Demandbase, Terminus, or Ion Interactive experience a plus
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
