This Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, validating, engaging and placing highly-skilled tech talent, esp. Java developer type of opportunities. This role will be reporting directly into VP of Growth and will expect tremendous learning and career growth.


  • Responsible for ensuring premium quality talent are delivered to clients by conducting technical and soft skills assessments

  • Validate and engage with candidates; establish and maintain an on-going candidate pipeline for on-demand client delivery

  • Proactively seek client feedback and communicate recruiting status to clients, candidates and internal stakeholders


  • 5+ years of dedicated technical recruitment experience

  • Experience with contingent worker space is preferred, recruiting industry and/or online marketplace field is a plus

  • 3+ years of working experience with VMS (Vendor Management System); familiar with MSP (Managed Service Provider)

  • Proficient at Java developer recruiting, and familiar with other technical skillsets including Full-stack software development, Python, SQL, AWS, Salesforce, Hadoop, Cyber Security, Tableau, Linux, etc.

  • Experience with working in a high-volume recruiting environment and filling critical technical positions

  • Deep knowledge of software engineering vocabulary and practices

  • Strong communication and relationship building/management skills

  • Proactive, highly-organized self-starter with strong project management skills

  • Comfortable with fast-paced working environment and working under pressure with tight deadlines; Ability to prioritize workload

  • Attention to details and strong problem solving skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Able to work independently, yet can also collaborate effectively with larger teams
