Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics to grow Lasko Products market share for key customers in the marketplace, through customer relationship management, while understanding market opportunities for each customer, and then developing business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, while driving for win-win sales solutions.

Typical responsibilities:
  • Managing key account sales and overall related business activities.
  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets (gross margin; revenue; product units).
  • Growing Lasko's market share across various product categories.
  • Work with and support independent sales representative organizations.
  • Working with the engineering and marketing teams to develop product proposals.
  • Providing competitive market updates internally.
  • Developing account market analytics.
  • Assisting marketing managers in developing account support processes and plans.
  • Merchandising strategies for account as applicable and opportunistic
  • Creating an annual road map for category success and executing that roadmap.
  • Development of transformational customer relationships.
  • Maintaining Lasko brand consistency across accounts and online.
  • Communicating and working internally as applicable on all aspects of strategy and execution on account portfolio.


Job Requirements
  • A College degree
  • 5+ years' sales experience, with experience in home product sales (or related applicable consumer sales) with major retailers and channel partners (e.g. home improvement, mass merchant, warehouse clubs, etc.)
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent customer relationship skills - both for external customers and for working internally cross-functionally.
  • Strong communications and presentation skills - both for external and internal communications.
  • Strong analytics and forecasting background.
  • Working knowledge of software tools - e.g. MS Office.
  • Proven experience in creating effective teamwork and an environment conducive to developing cross-functional collaboration.
  • Location: Philadelphia, PA area (West Chester, PA)
