If you have a passion for veterinary medicine, patient care, and technology, this role is for you! We are looking to add a Customer Care Specialist to our team who focus on Customer Onboarding. You will install product software, configure various imaging systems, and educate customers on the best practices to utilize Telemedicine services.

Utilize technical skills to configure systems and/or integrate with IDEXX products and services. Educate customers on the ideal workflow and industry best practices that will reveal the value of Telemedicine for them and their patients.

What do you need to succeed?

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with 3 + years of experience in a customer support focused environment. Strong customer facing inter-personal and rapport building skills along with the ability to have an open mind and a willingness to learn is essential. Can quickly learn Telemedicine products/services and new business tools. Time in veterinary practice or a solid understanding of how veterinary practices function preferred (including practice workflow, practice roles, and client communication). College degree preferred or a combination of post high school studies.
