Job Description:

Communications Analyst is responsible for communications supporting initiatives within Global IT. IT Change and Communications Specialist plays a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage, fostering management visibility and support, and minimizing resistance; focusing on the people side of change * including changes to business processes, systems and technology, culture, job roles and organization structures - driving speed of adoption, ultimate utilization and proficiency. Change and Communications Specialist works closely with project teams, business and IT managers, as well as communication and training resources to develop and execute effective change management and communication strategies.


Candidate must have the aptitude to design, analyze, and define communication requirements, methods, and application deployment, based on evaluation of work processes, customer requirements, timeline, and emerging technology, cost and benefit metrics. Supports IT technical teams with storytelling efforts in support of our client's strategies. Prepare employee communication materials that will help facilitate change and create excitement around products and services. Provides communication channel support, including but not limited to email, social media, presentations, etc.


*Serve as liaison with other communication team members across the company to provide connection to groups/divisions/technologies/projects.

*Create consistent communication vehicles, templates and resources to support IT Vision and Strategy or specific project efforts

*Project manages various IT communication initiatives as needed.

*Creates content for town hall presentations, manager communication decks, intranet, videos and other mediums help achieve goals of the function or project.

*Implement communication and content marketing strategies, tracking and measurement.

*Design Intranet sites and develop content but not limited to maintenance. Ability to migrate and transform content from platform(s) to platform(s). Ensure Intranet sites remain current with information that is accurate, consistent, and inclusive of key strategic messages.

*Support technical teams (IT architects, program managers, and/or IT directors) with developing a \\"story* from their technology deployment efforts.

*Develop and contribute multi-media content for various companywide communication vehicles such as articles, infographics, videos, etc. Provide creative briefs and storyboards with graphics teams as required.


*Project management and organization skills

*Have good Communications skills

*Multi-Media experience

*Must have strong PowerPoint skills and experience

*Good presentation skills

*Working knowledge of the O365 platform (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Yammer, OneNote, OneDrive, Excel)

*Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience explaining complex concepts. Ability to build graphics, slides, videos, and other corporate products for intranets and other tools supporting the enterprise.


Bachelor's degree in communications, business or related field

*3-5 years of marketing/communications work experience.
