YOUR ROLE


  • Develop De-Coupled injection molding process and basic robot programs

  • Troubleshoot injection molding processes and robots (both injection molding and secondary)

  • Completing maintenance work orders and tags for tool repairs and

  • Communicate with Engineering Assistant on molds requiring repair

  • Providing shift communication

Requirements


  • Ability to work unsupervised, with little or no direction

  • Ability to train and instruct Injection Mold Set up personnel in proper troubleshooting techniques

  • Ability to make sound decisions in the absence of the Engineering supervisor

  • PC skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power Point

  • Monitoring and data entering for Engineering Injection Mold Data Base
