Main Objective:                      

To provide oversight through prioritization, planning and successful delivery of marketing project request to help surgeons treat their patients better.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages Project Analysts

  • Leads programs and standalone projects to support requests impacting assigned requesting departments for all marketing needs including major events and product launches

  • Monitors and supports projects throughout the lifecycle stepping in to assist with prioritization, decision making and escalations

  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across programs and projects

  • Participates in Marketing Product Initiation Process

  • Identifies and Participates in Continuous Improvement Efforts

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree required preferably in Marketing, Business or Science.

5 years of relevant work experience

PMP Certification Required

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing principles.

  • Superb organizational skills and proven ability to successfully manage multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

  • Must have excellent judgment, be highly motivated and detail oriented.

  • Must be able to work independently and also be team-oriented, reliable and dependable.

  • Must have excellent computer and Internet skills.

  • Spanish and/or German language skills a plus.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

  • Macintosh or PC platform.

  • Proficiency required in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with Aprimo/Teredata is a plus.
