HYG is looking for an energetic individual who will have a positive influence on the Parts Distribution Center.TheParts Return Coordinatoris responsible for the authorization and administration of Hyster-Yale's annual parts return programs. Process includes monitoring of return allowance and issuance of authorized credit. Incumbent is also responsible for processing/crediting to dealers of miscellaneous claims requests. Position has daily communication with dealers for problem determination and prompt resolution. Continuous monitoring of Contact Management incident queues is of high priority to ensure issues are resolved timely and accurately. Position will work in concert with the Government Sales Coordinator to accept, process and ship daily Government credit card orders.

Key accountabilities include:
  • Authorize and administer annual dealer returns including credit memo preparation, processing of return requests and issuance of semi-annual allowance notification. Process any special return requests.
  • Issue credit memos and approve same.
  • Accept, process and coordinate shipping of Governmental credit card orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service thru Contact Management to provide accurate and timely dealer solutions.
  • Process miscellaneous returns including cores, vendor, freight, shortages and all marketing errors.
  • Issue and follow-up of dealer correspondence regarding missing and/or incorrect information on claims.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 - 4 years industry/customer service experience
  • 2 - 4 years industry/customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS-Office
  • Basic Accounting/Marketing Principles
  • PDC Distribution logistics & flow
