About this role:

This IT Process Analyst will participate in the management of transformation projects, tracking project status ensuring timelines are met, assisting in resolving issues and risks, collaborating with initiative owners and project team members.  In addition, s/he will contribute in the development of presentations of various audiences including senior management.  Managing a program of this scale requires excellent communication skills with the ability to easily adapt to change and respond quickly to requests. The IT Process Analyst performs business aligned, time bound activities. He/She will participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of Information Services (I.S.) standards and initiatives.  They will also interact with end users to contribute to the development and documentation of solutions.  He/She will contribute to the project life cycle stages from initial kickoff through implementation.  He/She will participate in building and maintaining cross-functional relationships as well as contribute to the education and guidance for others on standards and methodology. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with Process Analysis 
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • Excellent communications skills; comfortable communicating with any level 
  • Well organized
  • Ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline
