The impact you’ll have 

The Organic Manager’s primary purpose is to execute successful campaigns designed to meet specific advanced/large client goals and objectives. An SEO Manager (Strategist) is responsible for making the strategic decisions that are tied to all Organic / SEO media-related tasks and deliverables.

In addition, the SEO Manager plays a central role in several reporting- and analysis-related tasks, assists in client training, provides information on governance-related programs, and works to ensure that the bought, earned and Organic / SEO digital marketing strategies are seamlessly integrated into the Organic / SEO media program.


What you’ll do

  • You will be responsible for client Organic / SEO media strategy

  • You will be the primary point of contact to present strategies to clients

  • You will lead Organic / SEO media engagements for large and complex clients

  • You will assist in the research and production of deliverables and activities

  • You will have a chance to mentor Analysts and Strategists in SEO strategy

  • You will participate in the creation of new practices and creation of deliverables based on industry trends

  • You will create client success case studies

Who you are

  • You have a minimum 3 years’ experience working in SEO

  • You have advanced knowledge of common search engine optimization (SEO) industry tools & platforms

  • You are an expert with Excel & PowerPoint

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • You have strong mathematical, analytical and writing skills which you use to extract and synthesize

  • You must be able to compare data and analyze tactics to maximize results

  • You have a fundamental understanding of HTML and experience with CSS, JavaScript and web design technologies a plus
