Project Manager, Senior Specialist (Government) at AT&T

Job Description:

The Project Manager will work closely with the Public Sector Solutions (PSS) large Federal Government customer to facilitate ordering, provisioning, reporting, lifecycle and service outage resolution for AT&T mobility services. This position is customer facing position, and the Project Manager is expected to establish and maintain a strong professional relationship with the customer and serve as their advocate for their AT&T services. Responsible for Executing the Project and Programmatic sections of a specific Public Sector Solutions Contract. The Project Manager provides a single point of contact during project implementation, outages, and under time of emergency response.
     A minimum of five years supporting AT&T Mobility Sales Support and/or Service Management is desired, with a firm understanding of products, processes, and systems used. The Candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter capable of working collaboratively within AT&T, with vendor and system integrator partners, and directly with the customer to fulfill mission requirements. The position requires strong process improvement skills, excellent organizational ability, time/task management skills, and strong verbal and written communications skills.
     When any disruption of normal, daily operations occurs, the Contractor Project Manager and the COR shall promptly open an effective means of communication and verify key points of contact, temporary work locations, means of communication available under the circumstances, and essential Contractor work products expected to be continued, by priority. The Project Manager shall be available to meet with the COR upon request to present deliverables, discuss progress, exchange information and resolve emergent technical problems and issues. 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Project Manager shall be a single point of contact for the CO and the COR.
• The Project Manager shall be responsible for all Contractor work performed under the Performance Work Statement Project Management and Programmatic Section.
• The Project Manager shall make use of the resources and tools available to continue contracted functions to the maximum extent possible under emergency circumstances and shall support Continuity Plans.
• The Project Manager shall be a single point of contact for the CO and the COR.
• Agency reporting, vender invoicing, and other special projects, responsibilities, or roles, as required.
• The Project Manager shall be available to the COR via telephone and email between the hours core business hours, however a technical POC or an alternate shall be available to (1) respond to requests and (2) resolve technical problems within two (2) hours of notification. For disaster response, FEMA will require someone who can be reached 24/7 and process orders within 2 hours of receipt.
In the event of a disaster response or a major outage, the contractor shall provide access to staff 24X7, including weekends and holidays until the disaster response is complete or the outage is restored.
• The Project Manager must maintain daily contact with the ordering agency’s COR during the transition period to ensure timely communication and flow of information with the agency and to work towards the resolution of any problems or issues.


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Four-year Business Degree or equivalent.
• 5 plus years Mobility Sales Support or Service Management experience, with a proven record of accomplishment in exceeding goals/objectives.
• Strong Wireless product technical knowledge (voice and data) preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills, strong collaboration skills, confident, and aggressively seeks new internal business partners.
