This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Customer Acquisitions and has primary responsibility for (i) tracking and forecasting sales & marketing performance, (ii) analyzing customer segmentation across channels, and (iii) supporting consumer facing sales strategies in all markets. The Senior Analyst will work closely with the Community Solar marketing, operations, and retention teams to improve sales performance against aggressive goals while optimizing product margin and acquisition costs. The Senior Analyst will also support internal and external sales partner relationships that aid in the execution of the sales strategy. Develop forecast to actual sales performance models that deliver insights on opportunities to enhance performance across channels and markets
Deliver insights and guidance to inside sales team and channel partner teams in a manner that optimizes customer count, budgeted sales and marketing spend, inventory, and customer experience
Analyze customer segmentation and develop strategies to optimize lead and sales channels
Track customer acquisition costs against targets in all markets and develop strategies to lower costs
Monitor customer cancellations and develop & implement mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives
Support new Community Solar market entries by coordinating requirements & execution plans with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Retention, M&A, Regulatory, and Legal teams
Implement sales process enhancements with the buy-in of key stakeholders
