The Prudential Advisors Project Management internship offers an exciting opportunity to support customer (financial professional) initiatives that innovate and transform the customer experience. This role will report to the Prudential Advisors’ Chief of Staff and work closely with all functional areas across the business to gather customer insights, action plans, and executing on initiatives that improve customer experience. You may participate on projects aimed at capturing insights, communications, project management, as well as inclusion and diversity. In addition, there will be many opportunities to further identify opportunities that will optimize the business and create efficiencies. As an intern, you are given substantial responsibilities and will have opportunity to present your newly learned skills to your team during this 10-week experience.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner within the Prudential Advisors business and the broader organization to support, initiate, plan, design, execute, control and complete projects targeted to support business strategy and optimization

  • Work with teams to help manage marketing, strategy and action plans, materials and other key deliverables.

  • Assist with project reporting, analyzing data, and sharing the impact and value through presentations to leadership

  • Proactively share insights, progress, and recommendations to promote a customer-centric culture

  • Learn and embrace an agile work environment and sustain a flexible mindset to evolve with the business. 

  • Communicate ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing regardless of audience – designers, business stakeholders, technologists, users, etc.

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2021 or May 2022

  • All majors welcome. Relevant majors may include Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA required

  • Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration

  • Strong communication (both oral and written), leadership, technical and analytical skills

  • Excellent work ethic and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, leadership, other teams

  • Demonstrated passion for learning and intellectual curiosity

  • Proven ability to think creatively
