As a Strategy and Relationship Management Intern you will have the opportunity to view first-hand the alignment of tactical initiatives with organizational strategy, including the various ways in which teams execute the solutions that advance the organization’s strategic direction.
Participate on projects aimed at designing and executing innovative solutions to drive our 3-5-year strategy. Contribute insight and ideas to help mold concepts
Work collaboratively across the diverse teams that compose the Strategy and Relationship Management team such as financial wellness, technology, learning and development, and communications
Form relationships with partners and collaborate across diverse teams such as financial wellness, technology, learning and development, and communications
Assist with project reporting, analyzing data, and sharing the impact and value through presentations to leadership
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2020 and May 2022

Demonstrated interest, skills and/or experience or majoring in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, Insurance, Human Resources, or Risk Management, is a plus. Liberal arts program candidates will also be considered
Proven leadership skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project) and digitally savvy
