The Underwriting Excellence team is comprised of 31 associates and includes Learning & Development, Knowledge Management, the Technical Team, Quality and Continuous Improvement, Underwriting Operations and the Strategy Team.
Work closely with seasoned Underwriting professionals
Perform testing of reports for desired outcomes, demonstrate and release tools to target audiences
Mentor with leaders within our organization
Work independently and within group environments on department work & specific projects that will give them a clear understanding of the Underwriting process
Have a well-defined experience that could be used in future opportunities
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2020 and May 2021.

Strong communication (both oral and written), leadership, technical and analytical skills.
Excellent work ethic and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking skills and have a comfort level dealing with numbers and analytics
Proficient in Microsoft WORD, Access, and PowerPoint
Possess excellent EXCEL skills
