Sell branded towel, tissue and manufactured wiper products of KLEENEX®, SCOTT®, COTTONELLE®, KLEENGUARD, and WYPALL B2B to Healthcare facilities.
Will work in conjunction with our network of distributor partners to identify end user needs and create new sales growth for our billion dollar brands. The majority of the sales role will be face to face selling to key end user segments to achieve sales quotas.

Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships with Targeted Distribution Customers
Engages targeted distribution customers to understand their business needs and drivers, and executes activities to support those needs.
Prioritizes time with targeted distribution leaders to build relationships, form cooperative business plans, develop shared KCP/Distributor growth targets, and engage in regular business reviews to achieve territory volume growth expectation.
Coordinates & delivers necessary capability training to keep DSRs informed with up-to-date knowledge on KCP products, programs, and marketplace insights.
Actively monitors target distributor performance and initiates actions to ensure KCP remains a priority supplier of choice.
Serves as the primary point of contact for any targeted distributor issue to ensure it is solved or directed to the right resource to solve in a timely manner.
Create Demand for New Business to Meet Profit and Sales Growth Targets
Utilizes end user marketing insights, prospecting techniques, and centrally developed lead campaigns to generate opportunities.
Develops & owns strong relationships with targeted DSRs and serves as a strong selling consultant to help jointly close sales when relevant.
Collaborates with the Distribution Management teams and targeted DSRs to initiate / build relationship with the prospective end customers.
Drives KCP product trials to ensure experience leads to a well-informed understanding of the product, benefits, and a close sale.
Retain and Grow Existing Businesses with Key End User Accounts
Regularly engages existing targeted end user customers to understand their business needs and identify buying behavior/value drivers in order to best position current and new products and solutions.
Advantageously positions KCP programs and products against competition (branding, pricing, service level, and cost in use).
Perform Key Administrative and Capability Enhancement Responsibilities
Participates in KCP sales and development programs / meetings to ensure customers have up-to-date knowledge on KCP products and platforms.
Proactively seek feedback and advice from the District Manager and colleagues.
Proactively manages sales pipeline and accurate customer information in SFDC, and uses the relevant information to improve execution.
Continually improves selling / prospecting skills (e.g., Challenger) and develops expertise in relevant industry verticals.
Initiates and confirms success of major product installations by facilitating communication with the DSR, Distributor Support, End User, and KCP Activation team.
At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (healthcare experience preferred)
HS Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
CRM system knowledge – Sales pro, Salesforce.com, and pipeline management
