•Utilize a data-driven approach to identifying and recommending prioritization of opportunities for clinical informatics including use of Epic information to identify variations in clinical care and outcomes, monitoring of BPAs, use of Stanson/choosing wisely information, and user adoption. •Measure ROI for implementation of specific projects and develop/track KPIs for pilot projects within the EMR •Monitor performance on various platforms based on EpicRole Responsibilities:•Propose priorities for clinical content development and harmonization based on assessments of variations in care/outcomes•Provide analytical assessment of ROI and pilot program performance as it relates to EMR initiatives
Track performance and use of clinical content, BPAs, and changes implemented in the system so that leadership can quickly make decisions on if changes are needed.
Works closely with the CMIOs and Informatics Managers to identify potential opportunities and track performance on initiatives
