Job Summary

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join the Marketing team at Techstars to lead the development of key marketing collateral and sales enablement tools that will support our growth team. In this role, you will contribute to and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing plans for new and evolving product solutions and work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Growth Enablement, and Sales to drive the growth of our solutions.

What you will do:

  • Plan and execute a coordinated go-to-market for launches of new products, collaborating closely with the Product team, Growth Enablement, and Marketing to become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to our Sales team
  • Equip our sales teams to position our solutions effectively, fueling the growth of our partner network, program reach for entrepreneurs, and ecosystem development products
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities
  • Supports sales enablement functions including; webinars, industry events, demand generation programs, product training, and messaging/collateral development.
  • Support the creation of thought leadership content and case studies to clearly articulate the unique proposition of Techstars solutions
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional marketing team to track and measure product marketing strategy initiatives

About you:

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably with experience in professional service organizations
  • You have a clear understanding of the marketing funnel, experienced designing collateral to address various stages of the user journey, and measuring results with the ultimate goal of supporting growth
  • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects with competing priorities
  • You have a track record of collaborating with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to effectively bring new products to market.
  • General knowledge of Marketo, or similar marketing automation platform
  • Strong writing and communications skills.
  • Familiarity with both the corporate and startup world is a plus

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience
  • Enjoy traveling locally, nationally, and internationally (20% travel is expected)
