In this HR Business Leader (HRBL) role you will act as an integral member of a senior leadership team (US Leadership team) that will diagnose and deploy appropriate HR interventions, required to deliver the business strategy, further improve business performance as well as to develop the organization. The US GSK Consumer Health Business will be a $4 billion business consisting of leading brands in Oral Health, Pain Relief, Cough Cold, Allergy, Vitamin and Digestive Health categories.
