Job Responsibilities:
  • Researches Reporting requests, internal requests, marketing requests, and creates procedures
  • Manages projects as needed in support of the HSA Growth Team
  • Helps maintain data systems, set up webinar meetings, and coordinate events
  • Arranges for collateral and materials to brokers/employer groups
  • Coordinates regional tradeshows for HSA Growth Team
  • Handles payments, and works with legal team for vendor contracting
  • Assists growth content team with Demo environment
  • Covers various inboxes
  • Creates standard RFPs
  • Assists with training new team members
  • Other Tasks as assigned

Experience/Education:
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience providing support to remote sales teams in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently with a high level of professionalism
  • Marketing background a plus
