Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)

Perform an assessment of current state SDLC.
Create a roadmap plan for transforming the SDLC for the Pharmaserv Application Team into an agile, SAFe-based methodology.
Provide coaching and mentoring during the pilot Release
Transition the continuous improvement of the new SDLC to the Operational Team.
Help with JIRA setup for Agile
Guiding teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement, catalyzing organizational growth
Help a team or individual adopt and improve agile methods and practice. A coach helps people rethink and change the way they go about development.
Help team to be self-sufficient by the end of the coaching

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
Minimum 8+ years of experience in coaching team on Agile Methodology
Minimum 5+ years of experience transforming teams from Waterfall to Agile

Travel: This position requires someone who can travel at least 80%. Location is Livonia, MI
Degree: Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent work experience, PMP, PSM / SSM / CSM or equivalent

Nice to Have; (But not a must)
Project lead experience
