Manage large scale global, cross functional initiatives within an overall strategic program, ensuring coordination between all teams involved
Provide end-to-end program support across the function to define, plan, organize, and manage programs across all work streams ensuring superb execution
Coordinate participation across multiple groups, including Product, Technology, Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, Alliance, World Wide Network and Legal. Develop and manage detailed projects plans; manage risks & issues
Responsible for end-to-end execution of key programs and strategic initiatives
Preparation and distribution of Weekly/Monthly reporting
Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree a plus.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst or related fields.
Solid project management experience
PMP certified and Agile experience is desired. PMI-ACP certification a plus.
Has knowledge in the following functional areas:
Proven track record of successful project implementation
Must have ability to analyze issues and identify areas of opportunities in order to identity the root cause and best path forward
Demonstrated interpersonal & leadership skills with heavy experience in dealing with senior management and all level including across matrix teams
Ability to effectively communicate ideas in both written and spoken form to executive staff, business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audience
Ability to manage own work plan and schedule to successfully meet goals with tight deadlines and minimal supervision
Must be focused and have a “roll up your sleeves” attitude to accomplish the defined strategy.
Ability to identify issues, recognize root causes and take appropriate action or recommend possible scenarios to solve problems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines and effectively manage problems as they occur
Excellent attention to detail.
