As a Community Specialist, your primary role is to act as a facilitator in providing all clientele with a stress-free and memorable leasing experience. Your position has emphasis on excellent customer service by providing an unparalleled living experience in BCS.
Utilize ALL RESOURCES to properly track lease flow.
Work with the leasing team to reach the goal of 100% executed leases.
Build rapport with current and future residents.
Complete and execute daily Barracks Sales Training and process improvement.
Live out our Core Values on and off the clock.
Take pride in all tasks delegated.
Deliver unparalleled customer service to all clientele.
Special projects as assigned.
You Perform Well In:
Timely professional follow-up of all inquiries.
Tracking, filing, and organization of all paperwork.
Building rapport with owners, residents and prospective residents.
Answering and filtering phone calls timely and professionally.
Preparing and participating in resident and marketing events.
Acting as a customer care liaison for owners, residents and prospective residents.
Exercising extreme attention to detail while managing tasks to completion.

A desire to develop your leadership, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to participate in ALL staff training and orientation, which may include evenings, weekdays and/or weekends.
Ability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, Monday – Sunday. Opportunity for full-time also available.
Ability to work occasional residential and company social events.
A high school diploma and degree in progress from an accredited university.
