The TSI Health & Safety Division is a global leader in respiratory fit testing and dust monitoring solutions designed to protect human health. The Health & Safety Inside Sales position is for someone who is wired to do extensive outbound calling, emails, and social media as 75% of time will be focused on engaging in these activities with potential prospects and current customers. Ideal candidate must be persistent, positive, and resourceful.
Make outbound calls, send emails, and use a variety of social media to identify new business opportunities for the Health & Safety products
Conduct frequent and regular follow up with prospects and install base, assign leads to appropriate Outside Sales
Contact current customer install base to offer service, calibrations, trade ins, upgrades, and or set up an appointment with Outside Sales
Communicate the benefits of H&S products with potential customers by providing product knowledge for initial evaluations
Follow up on instrument inquiries and recent purchase to get immediate VOC feedback
Assist with Quotes, bids, documentation for Health & Safety products
Input data into CRM system including qualify leads and/or entering leads.
Work to keep Sales/Marketing Management informed of customer preferences and trends, and actions of competitors as a basis for recommending changes in strategies
Follow all safety and guidelines, report unsafe conditions to supervisor
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements Education Required:
High School or GED
Four year or two year degree (technical or Associates)
One to Three years of Customer Support or Inside Sales experience unless higher education degree has been obtained
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
Customer Support or Inside Sales Experience with a technical product
Experience making high volume outbound calls
Knowledge of - Manufacturing Systems, Service Delivery, Customer Relations, Business to Business Sales, Inside Sales Techniques, Customer Relationship Management System(CRM) and Practices
