Reporting Analyst

Location: 7550 Teague Road, Suite 500, Hanover, MD 21076

Work Hours: Monday through Friday standard business hours (must start shift between 7:30am – 9:30am EST and work an 8-hour shift with a 30 minute or 1-hour lunch break)

Entry-level role responsible for developing reports and PC tools needed for a variety of analyses, to include, but not limited to: cost of care and target pricing, trend analysis, HSA management, network evaluation, facility and ancillary contract evaluation, and sales and enrollment. 

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 


  • Develops PC tools used for reporting. 

  • Creates ad hoc files and reports to support analyses, such as contracting issues, clinical, ancillary or environmental trends or events. 

  • Creates reports on the effect on cost of care of trends and events. 

Qualifications:

Required


  • BS/BA degree

  • Up to 2 years related experience

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, Technical and PC skills 

  • MS Excel and Access proficiency 


Preferred


  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Technology Administration, etc.

  • Recent college graduate 

  • Outlook proficiency

  • SQL experience 


Or, any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
