Sourcing Program Management is a component of the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team within the Supply Chain Management organization designed to deliver expert programs that enable our category management teams to make the plan, protect the business, and enhance the internal customer experience.
The Manager, Sourcing Programs will advance Strategic Sourcing & Procurement supplier programs to reduce risk and make the plan. This position is responsible for all aspects of sourcing enablement programs related to supplier responsibility including supplier diversity and supplier risk management.

Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions

Sets program strategy and perpetually reviews program management model according to industry best practices and performance trends
Accountable for CCI supplier diversity spend targets (tier 1 and tier 2) as well as non-financial program objectives
Leads project teams and sub-teams to develop and implement new programs and process improvements. Manages projects in accordance with established program management methodologies and ensures projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results
Manages and monitors project or program schedules, progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintains, adjusts and updates project plans as needed
Documents standard operating procedures, policy, and other process documents as needed
Consolidates, communicates and ensures resolution of all issues. May develop and collect performance metrics
Serves as central point of contact for all stakeholders (sourcing, regional councils, national council, suppliers, CB, business units) on issues, escalations, requests
Collaborates with category managers to maximize opportunities for diverse-owned businesses and develop diversity deal strategies for major sourcing initiatives
Assists CB in RFP responses containing supplier diversity requirements and reports supplier diversity spend to enterprise customers
Liaise with regional diversity pillars to monitor certificate management, assist with local event logistics, and track spend
Conducts outreach to prospective viable diverse suppliers and actively injects them into sourcing pipeline
Centrally manages small diverse supplier scholarship program across five markets including university partner relationships, curriculum development, application processes, acceptance criteria, and feedback mechanisms
Delivers procurement readiness workshops and keynote presentations to diverse supplier industry groups, chambers of commerce, and government entitieso Centrally manages supplier compliance to tier 2 reporting program
Responds to industry surveys, award nominations, and external requests for information
Develops and implements supplier risk campaigns in partnership with Compliance, Finance, Information Security, etc.
Continually assesses risk landscape and industry benchmarks to ensure current trends are addressed
Executes pre-contract due diligence on prospective suppliers in sourcing pipeline for operational, legal, reputational, and geopolitical risk
Conducts ongoing monitoring on critical suppliers and portfolio risk assessments
Manages CA Proposition 65 supplier compliance program

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
5+ years experience in project / program management

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills required

Strong executive presence and expert presentation skills required

Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets required

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years experience in Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and/or Supplier Management preferred

BS / BA in business or relevant area of study strongly preferred. Advanced degree or certifications in Business, Risk Management, Program Management preferred.
