Cox Communications, Inc. is seeking a Process
Manager I who is responsible for providing process insights and executing upon
optimization opportunities for the Residential Sales Organization. The Process
Manager will focus on improving the agent and customer experience through the
evolution of processes, policies and user solutions while keeping customer and
business needs in mind. This role will ensure standardization efforts are met
from implementation to maintenance by closely collaborating with team members.
This individual will work closely with front-line residential sales teams,
boundary partners and IT in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to
manage tasks and resources for successful development and maintenance of
processes, policies, design standards and user solutions.
for the effectiveness of complex & strategic business processes and
develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process
data analysis to assess effectiveness of processes and makes recommendations
hypotheses around areas for improvement and builds a fact base to support
appropriate next steps.
innovative solutions to inefficiencies based on research within the
organization and market intelligence.
the planning and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
with Technology partners as needed to provide support for development efforts
of sales tools, including process design, testing, documentation, and operational
front line sales teams to ensure that processes and tools are being used
properly across all channels.
several priorities at once in terms of observing activities and formulating
recommendations related to multiple initiatives.
leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
builds and manages relationships between various field and corporate contacts
to fully meet their business process and change management needs. This includes
defining policies, methods & procedures and best practices.
exceptional business acumen and story-telling skills the ability to
communicate an insight to be understood easily and to drive action.
excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to
work effectively with teams throughout organization.
or more years of experience in related field (i.e. process management, quality,
problem solving and analytical thinking skills.

degree in related discipline strongly preferred.
experience in management role preferred or leading projects.
Belt/ASQ certification preferred.
