Business Job Title:Senior Fusion Comp Developer

Minimum Required Skills:Must Have:
Completed minimum one complete life cycle of Cloud HR Implementation.
Worked in Data Conversion activities.
Experienced in HCM Data Loader and Spreadsheet Loaders.
Implemented Compensation Management in Cloud for more than one country.
Configured Workforce Compensation Plan and executed end to end cycle.
Experience is handling external data.
Experienced in Fusion OTBI and BI Reports.
Written Fast Formulas for Compensation.
Created Compensation change statement letters.
Independent to provide both Functional and Technical deliverables.

Minimum Education Requirement:Bachelors
Interviews Process: one round google hang out (video).
Durham, NC office for interview if local
