NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Analyst - Medicaid to join our team in Richardson, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

The Business Analyst (BA) will provide Medicaid subject matter expertise (SME) to the client business solution teams during the design, development, and implementation (DDI) phases of Medicaid Program implementations. The BA will work collaboratively with the client and other team members to ensure requirements are assessed and implemented in the context of an end to end process flow, ensuring technical integrations are implemented and full business process works from end-to-end.

The candidate will be assigned to a workstream, or multiple workstreams, dependent upon their expertise, the size, and complexity of the workstream. The candidate will help ensure participants are engaged, activities progress according to schedule, all requirements are captured, implemented, and function correctly prior to go-live. Implementation readiness will need to be evaluated and reported at different intervals prior to go-live, identifying completed and incomplete business capabilities, as well as known defects, risks and issues.

Assess high level technical Epics, verifying they are complete, accurate and are good quality
Review RFPs and proposals
Review business epics and user stories
Review architecture diagrams
Review requirements traceability matrix
Interview business implementation team, technical business analysts, and solution architect as needed
Validate that the impact to people, processes and technology is fully documented, including the degree of that change
Participate actively in workstream triad (i.e., PM, Business Implementation BA, and Technical BA), ensuring technical epics are implemented
Collaborate actively with triad
Attend regularly scheduled workstream meetings, participating actively in discussions
Edit/write additional technical epics as they are identified
Refine existing technical epics as needed
Work with product and vendor BAs to refine epics and design solution
Ensure change requests are completed timely and completely, updating all documentation as required

Required Skills:

- 1+ years of BA experience in a healthcare program, preferably state medicaid
