This position is responsible for supporting the Brand Manager/Team Leader on the development of our Professional Household business, through the achievement of specific growth objectives.

The position resides within the country marketing function and will assume responsibility for assigned brands within the category. The Associate Brand Manager will support the development of the overall professional strategy (inclusive of B to B and Hardware Channels) and is expected to drive the growth of his/her assigned brands through excellent marketing execution.

•Assist with managing the Reckitt Benckiser Professional Household brands and provide support for high velocity Consumer and Professional brands within the context of the agreed strategies to maximize long term sales and profitability •Assist with the development, recommendation and execution of marketing plans for Professional brands across B to B and hardware •Monitor the marketing budget and develop product forecasts •To contribute to the development of market penetration and product strategies for both Professional and Consumer brands sold within Institutional •Contributing to RB Innovation by delivering a product development program to generate consistent sales and profit growth •Assist with the development, recommendation and execution of annual marketing plan activities •Assist with initiating and managing market research projects to deliver powerful customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth & developing these insights into achievable plans •In close co-operation with the Sales and Trade Marketing, identify trade needs / opportunities and develop support materials and initiatives to effectively and efficiently drive the portfolio's growth •Manage Projects from inception through go-to market with cross-functional teams •Other responsibilities as necessary


•Bachelor's degree, an MBA a plus but not required •2-3 years relevant experience, must be able to demonstrate outstanding aptitude in learning and developing marketing skills and potential, developed within a CPG environment, including B2B marketing. •Minimum 18 months in Brand management or Professional marketing within CPG industry •Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes the initiative to do what's needed •Excellent analytical skills •Financially and commercially astute •Very strong verbal/written communication skills •Aptitude and ability to navigate company resources •Strong relationship building skills
