What will your role be*

To create and seamlessly integrate assets into an image or sequence of images and deliver to the clients expectations. Artists will work as a supporting role to Leads, Supervisors and Art Directors. Artists are expected to be experts in rendering and integrating CG elements for live-action footage or still plates and deliver final results consistent with specifications, timing and budgetary expectations that exceed clients' expectations.

The Challenges Ahead:

* Creation of photorealistic compositions as directed by art/creative director and client

* Triaging issues that arise in production and communicating those issues to the Lead

* Attend client reviews and accommodate changes/updates as requested

* QC your own work as well as others, diagnose and fix issues to support hand off of assets to other departments

* Creation of photorealistic compositions as directed by art/creative director and client

* Handles any and all 3D tasks as required such as modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting and rendering

* At times artists may be asked to learn proprietary systems or new software

* Collaborate with fellow artists to create a visual style that will resonate with the target audience

Your Key Success Factors:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

* Requires minimum of four years of experience

* Advanced use and knowledge of 3D software including Maya and HDR Light Studio

* In depth knowledge of 3D principles in regards to modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting, overall composition and workflows and preferred rendering with Vray

* A current portfolio or reel is required

* Excellent traditional art skills is a plus

* Automotive configurable asset production (3D and 2D) experience a plus

* Attention to detail and desire to deliver high aesthetic and technical quality work consistently

* Must possess excellent communication skills and technical knowledge

* Demonstrate the ability to use extensive post effects to turn shots into high quality visuals

* Ability to develop high quality grading and finishing techniques

* Must be able to develop and integrate particle/visual effects.
