Qualifications:

The Fine Tuning Specialist will provide preventative maintenance, fine tuning, and spectral checks of VITEK® MS systems within the U.S.

Main Accountabilities:

• Provide ongoing support of VITEK® MS systems within the U.S. by performing simultaneous fine tuning and spectral checks, including troubleshooting as indicated.
• Assist with coordinating and maintaining the routine fine tuning customer schedule.
• Answer internal and external customer inquiries and ensure documentation of activities in ERP system; consulting as appropriate with Application Specialist, System Engineer, Management, and Global Customer Support.
• Provide consistent follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and meet minimum key performance indicators.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet customer needs for fine tunings of the VITEK® MS

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in technical or life science field, or equivalent experience.
• Broad based knowledge of Customer Service, including providing a high level of customer satisfaction .
Skills and Qualifications
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment, effectively multitask to meet deadlines and competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office programs
• Exhibit sound decision-making ability, including problem resolution and troubleshooting
• Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills; excellent verbal and written capabilities
