An Agile Scrum Master job in Scottsdale, AZ is currently available through Belcan with one of our premiere Defense industry clients. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing effects of projects upon various areas such as Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the required resources. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor s degree in Engineering, a related specialized area or field, plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Due to the nature of the work performed in this facility, US citizenship is required.
Agile Scrum Master Job duties:
Analyzes, troubleshoots and provides technical skills during research and/or product development.
Determines, monitors, and reviews costs, operational budgets and schedules, and manpower requirements.
Establishes work methodology and sequence to gather and organize data for review with appropriate engineer(s) in support of project.
Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.
Makes recommendations and coordinates and identifies resources required to meet defined project requirements.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).
Able to solve multiple issues within domain of expertise across multiple engineering disciplines.
Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
Having excellent experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
