RESPONSIBILITIES

This leadership role will provide tangible support to the achievement of the Seqirus 2030 growth strategy by leading the creation and execution of a transformational digital communications strategy. It will harness the latest digital technologies, platforms and channels and encourage greater adoption of digital communication across the business to deliver a compelling stakeholder experience and drive corporate reputation, product differentiation, and employee engagement.

The role will lead a competency-based team and be responsible for digital governance, seqirus.com, and all other company websites, the Seqirus intranet, internal and external social media channels and digital technologies, content development, user adoption, search optimization and analytics.

It will work closely with the CSL digital communications team to share knowledge and assets, leverage company owned-media channels and cross-promote business unit content, collaborate with Seqirus IT to support the vision for Digital Workplace and advise Commercial marketing teams on the development of innovative and cost-effective digital strategies to reach target customers.

Strategy, Governance & Engagement
*tLead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital communications strategy and tactical campaigns, encompassing technologies, platforms, channels and content.
*tDevelop and implement digital communications policies, processes, workflows and training to ensure the dynamic, compliant and timely development and use of platforms and technologies.

Channel Management
*tTake responsibility for all Seqirus-owned platforms and digital channels.
*tDrive Seqirus online presence through optimal use of both new and existing platforms and digital channels, including:
-tSeqirus.com and affiliate sites
-tFlu.com
-tSocial media channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, You-Tube

Content Management
*tLead the development and optimization of high-quality digital content and deliver compelling user experiences for all existing and new digital platforms and channels.
*tEstablish our digital persona and ensure the Seqirus brand promise, visual identity, corporate messaging and thought leadership is consistently integrated into Seqirus-owned digital content.

Monitoring & Measurement:
*tDevelop a comprehensive set of KPIs together with an effective system for monitoring, analysing and reporting the impact of digital communications and its strategic value to the company.
*tDevelop social listening capabilities across relevant channels, including the ability to track the activity and impact of key influencers and channels used.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or closely related field
* 10+ years' experience in digital/marketing and corporate communications
* Demonstrated leadership experience
* Advanced knowledge of digital technologies, digital media and online trends
* Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience desirable
