Following several years of sequential growth we are looking to recruit a senior Human Resources team member to support the people aspects surrounding our increasing number of acquisitions. The role will also support global acquisitions driven from other geographies which impact the Americas Regions.

The key deliverables of the role will be:

  • Due diligence review of data room and attendance with calls / meetings with target

  • Identification of HR implications, risk analysis of all people aspects in the target for example defined benefits pension plans, social security, high attrition, high cost of employment, litigation etc..

  • Work closely with The Americas compensation and benefits, HR team and Academy building virtual teams to evaluate synergies in the target.

  • Review SPA and schedules and TSAs as required.

  • Work with business team to develop new employment contracts/service agreements for leadership teams in the target as part of close

  • Work with the business team to create retention plans for target leadership and key employees

  • Work closely with local HR teams to update and identify key areas for integration.

  • Carry out cultural assessment and lead local teams in identifying key areas for consideration in integration

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Minimum 4 years HR experience in acquisitions & transformation

  • HR/law degree level qualification

  • Minimum 3 years successfully leading HR projects within an IT/technology/consulting environment

  • Extensive experience around employee engagement, HR transformation and implementation

  • Excellent understanding of US employment law and typical US benefits structures

  • Convincing relationship building skills

Candidates should be prepared to come and present an example of an acquisition they have lead from HR viewpoint.
