iCrossing is hiring for a Senior Account Manager to be a driver of change and a solution-oriented thinker who understand the depth and breadth of iCrossing services. You will be advising clients on strategies to meet their marketing objectives generally around growth, brand awareness and performance improvement. You must be able to understand marketing planning strategy and processes.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction, agency satisfaction and growth on one of our high-profile CPG accounts. Our core deliverables are providing cross-channel digital platform and media performance marketing solutions that deliver the strongest possible in-market performance through integrated solutions. New ideas are always welcome. Ability to strategize across multiple channels is critical. This Senior Account Manager must be able to entrepreneurially capitalize on these opportunities while delivering day-to-day excellence in the core business.
What you’ll do
You will become the face of iCrossing to the client and develop trusted working relationship with the client & other agency teams across brands; become a reliable partner in delivering success
In concert with omni channel teams, you will develop and present recommendations in defining their brand and work in the digital arena
You will immediately establish a positive and productive working relationship with the Digital Media, Strategy, UX, and Content Teams who deliver success day-to-day.
You will positively collaborate with agency partners (IAT) develop strategic cross-channel recommendations
You will partner with internal teams to prioritize projects and ensure that deliverables meet our high standards
You will partner with the Project Management team to manage the financials of the account including media billing and invoices
You will partner with Project Manager to ensure that we are in line with our Scope and do not routinely over-service the clients.
You will identify new opportunities within the Clients and action within internal team to bring opportunities to fruition.
Who you are
You have experience in leading omni-channel digital teams on high-profile clients
You have 4+ years of Account Management in digital marketing / digital advertising space
You have shown an ability to navigate large client organizations and experience with large brands
You have proven experience in growing, shaping and running a large account (or multiple projects)
You have a thorough understanding of online marketing and proven ability to assist client with online campaign planning
You have a thorough understanding of marketing new media techniques including bought, owned and earned media (paid search, SEO, social media, display media).
You have a thorough understanding of website management including discovery, design, development and maintenance
You have the ability to defend creative and strategic work that meets or transforms our client's business and needs
You can partner well with senior team members, trusted senior client partner, providing consistent strategic advice
You have a strong interest in delivering innovative solutions
You have experience in delivering award winning campaigns (media, website, integrated or creative)
You have superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities
You are a natural leader with motivational and organizational skills
