Independently performs advanced-level administrative support duties for Office of SVP of Administration and Finance/CFO. Responsible for effective and efficient office management in areas of scheduling meetings, maintaining file, receptionist and communications, coordinating payroll activities, ordering and maintaining office supplies, account reconciliation, supervising student employees and preparing of all HRMS related activities.
Required Education: Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education/job related experience, AND:
