Job Description:

DH Pace Company, aspires to hire a customer focused and motivated Project Administrator who will join our National Accounts Facilities group in Olathe, KS. You will be responsible for all vendor communications, conflict resolutions and basic account management.

Position overview:

  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor relationships

  • Daily contact with divisions and subcontractors to make sure we meet all customer expectations

  • Enter system and platform updates regularly to document all communications and service request updates

  • Create and validate all scheduled maintenance work orders for assigned monthly or quarterly service

  • Identify any additional repairs needed and request Repair from PM work order(s)

  • Ensure that appropriate paperwork for divisions and subcontractors are completed and filed within expected timeframe

  • Process invoice worksheets and submittals in a timely manner to exceed expected service level agreements


  • Two (2) years of administrative office experience preferred

  • Experienced and proficient in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook

  • Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
