Intrado is currently seeking a US-based Product Manager for our Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) Product Management team. This product team is responsible for bringing new solutions to market, and maintaining existing UCaaS solutions throughout the product lifecycle. This includes market research on opportunity, pricing, packaging and platform enablement, and establishing priorities for continued global expansion.
Our ideal candidate will have Unified Communications (Voice, Collaboration, Contact Center) experience, with a strong understanding of customer portals and 3rd party integrations via APIs. An understanding of the product development lifecycle and taking business communications solutions to market is also required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Evaluating competitive solutions and market opportunities; write and present business cases to fund investment for new products and major enhancements in the solution domain. Serve as the internal and external evangelist and SME for our UCaaS solutions, with an emphasis on solutions that enhance user experience. Work with Marketing and Sales to define go-to-market strategy, ensure launch readiness, communicate product positioning and key benefits, and identification of target customers. Define pricing and monitor margin performance for mid-market to large enterprise customer contracts that include software license, professional services and telephony transaction components. Prioritize enhancements and partner with development to create and deploy solution capabilities with Agile development teams. Provide technical product thought leadership in telephony routing, workforce management, and customer experience solutions.
