Vendor Management Oversight Analyst



QUALIFICATIONS




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required

  • 7 or more years of related experience that includes vendor management, preferably in a role related to banking and/or IT required

  • Experience developing strategy, negotiating contracts and structuring agreements required



What you’ll do . . .



As a Vendor Management Oversight Analyst for Banner Bank, you will have the opportunity to:



  • Develop and manage vendor relationships.

  • Conduct vendor research and negotiate or participate in negotiation of new contracts.

  • Escalate problems and issues as they arise; engage appropriate business partners as needed.

  • Notify vendor owners of audit and certification requirements.

  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with FFIEC guidelines, Sarbanes Oxley and contractual service level agreements.

  • Facilitate vendor corrective action regarding performance issues to resolution. Responsible for follow-up checks on corrective actions when issues occur.

  • Administer various reports, surveys, data analysis, and management presentations, including financial obligation, financial analysis, vendor profiles, vendor performance, and project plans.

  • Conduct compliance activities including vendor audits, tracking of vendor audit notifications, and coordination of vendor communications including responding to vendor with receipt of notification and next steps.

  • Maintain appropriate record keeping of contract changes and compliance related activities.



Who you’ll work with . . .



You will be part of the IT team responsible for general vendor oversight. They ensure Bank compliance with federal and state audit requirements relative to vendor oversight and administer, extend, and terminate standard and non-standard enterprise vendor contracts.
