Network Integrity Manager Position;

We are now looking for a Nexius Network Integrity Manager that will provide project management and technical service support to our construction teams. In this role, you will, dispatch, monitor and report troubleshooting activities of market construction teams.

The Integrity Manager typically interacts with, project management teams, construction teams, operations and Integration managers, RF engineers, and other groups within the Nexius organization as well as end client communications.

You will need to be flexible and master more than one area of expertise, including but not limited to team training, team tracking, and cooperative troubleshooting support of Ericsson and Alcatel Lucent technologies.  The technical development is rapid, and you are responsible for continuously keeping your competence in communications and systems knowledge up to date.

Working as an Integrity Manager will require a broad knowledge within telecom and wireless, covering both hardware, software, and network knowledge. You will work, collaborate, and communicate in a multi-cultural environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Nexius

Main Responsibilities:

Provide quality solutions to technical issues raised by the construction teams with a focus on troubleshooting and status tracking of newly installed network elements.

These issues can be critical, highly complex problems that could span multiple platforms and technologies including but not limited to: UMTS, LTE, VoLTE, E911

Work/Coordinate closely with various teams/organizations within Nexius to ensure we achieve the goal of providing fast, complete, and quality solutions to network threatening events.

Identify areas for improvement in ways of working within our support organization as well as define and implement improvements

Responsibilities will include the need to build and expand teams technical expertise, keep abreast of customer and market technology trends and developments, track and monitor activities, and maintain clear lines of communication throughout.

Key Qualifications:

Strong Communication skills (both written and oral at both a technical and customer service level)

Strong Organizational and tracking skills.

Delivering results & meeting customer expectations.

Good understanding/experience in LTE, Nokia FSM4, Nokia NetAct, SAMb 3G and 4G technologies.

Desirable: Good understanding and/or experience in one or more of these areas… RETs, MIMO, VoLTE, VSWR, RSSI and PIM troubleshooting.  Experience with WCDMA/HSPA, CDMA, Massive MIMO, 5G.  Wireless technologies construction experience.
