Responsibilities :
  • Assists HR department in carrying out various administrative and project based tasks
  • Supports onboarding and orientation efforts including paperwork preparation, collection and submission of new hire information, and necessary follow up
  • Primary contact in maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS), adding users and running reports
  • Audits HRIS system records and compiles reports from the database as needed
  • Administrative assistance with special projects and initiatives in support of the team is expected
  • Codes and routes invoices
  • Conducts new employee orientations and administers pre-employment forms
  • Responsible for on-boarding schedules for corporate new hires and other new employees
  • Assists in the exit interview process
  • Assists in organizational training and development efforts
  • Performs additional HR administrative duties

Job Requirements
  • Must have a completed Bachelor's degree to be considered; preferably in Human Resources or related field
  • Must be a confident communicator and be able to effectively interact to all levels within the organization, which includes senior leadership
  • Solid writing and verbal communication skills in addition to analytical and time management skills required. Possess superior attention to detail and deliver quality work
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant working environment
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and independent decision-making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
