Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly Guest Services Cashier who is dedicated and customer service oriented to greet our customers, collect ticket fees and assist with way finding and crowd control.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Greet customers as they approach the cash register and maintain a positive attitude during the transaction.

  • Perform daily procedures necessary to collect and account adequately for all revenues received by admission fees.

  • Answer customer questions about the museum.

  • Assist with crowd control and way finding.

  • Scan access tickets to ensure accurate customer count.

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

  • Give world-class customer service.

  • Daily opening and closing of ticket booth, including appropriate cleaning.

  • Must have weekend & evening availability.

  • Perform other job related duties as assigned in order to achieve the goals and mission of the museum.
