As a Senior Technical Support Representative , you will play a pivotal role in the continued stability and growth of Shentel. You will assist the Tech Support Shift Supervisor by liaising with other departments, providing first level escalation for customer issues, and supporting the Technical Support Representatives with their daily tasks.

Our Senior Technical Support Representatives are a part of a supportive, service-oriented team in call center environment who:

  • Promote quality customer experience with honest and committed customer care.

  • Engage in real-time troubleshooting with customers to resolve technical issues.

  • Educate residential Shentel customers about the installation and use of products.

  • Capture opportunities to offer additional or upgraded services to customers as available, while providing a quality customer experience.
