Job Description:

Quirk Auto Dealerships currently has a NEW position available for a Full Time Payroll Auditor. The hours for this position are 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. Starting pay for this position will depend on experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with working in payroll/HR.  This position will report to the HR Manager.

Job Duties Include:


  • Auditing Timecards daily for all Quirk locations

  • Send out daily reports to Managers

  • Assist with problem solving any time card errors

  • Work with Managers on entering employee weekly schedules

  • Answering basic timecard questions

  • Any other HR tasks assigned by the manager

Job Requirements:


  • Basic computer skills

  • 1-2 years payroll experience and knowledge of payroll laws

  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal

  • Experience with MS word, PowerPoint and Excel preferred

  • A positive attitude and good work ethic
