Role Summary:

The Global Parts Leader will lead a team responsible for aftermarket parts quotations and order conversion, as well as lead the business aftermarket parts strategy into the future. As the CS Global Parts Leader, you will be responsible for the parts ITO team s performance, the next generation of parts programs, reporting of parts financials to the business, allocation of resources and personnel, as well as driving global compliance to parts strategy and processes. Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Global Parts Leader - Control Solutions, you will:

* Manage a team of CSR's and Inside Sales personnel. Drive team performance around ITO and order conversion goals
* Mentor and facilitate growth of direct reports
* Drive team collaboration with other Control Solutions functions
* Work closely with Product Line Management and Sales teams in developing parts pricing and overall parts growth and support strategies
* Identify, drive and facilitate wing to wing parts fulfillment process improvements
* Drive global and regional compliance to standardized parts ordering, conversion, and fulfillment processes. Train regional teams on process improvements and changes
* Work closely with regional teams in driving process compliance and regional reporting
* Work closely with Commercial and ITO teams to ensure maintain quoting tools and methods
* Drive creation and global compliance to Nexus aftermarket parts strategy and processes
* Work cross functionally with engineering, supply chain and sourcing organizations to drive parts sustainment and fulfillment
* Provide business reporting for aftermarket parts financials
* Maintain and ensure global compliance to parts QMS procedures and processes
* Work with aftermarket parts suppliers to streamline ordering and fulfillment
* Support GSP, MRP, and AP processes
* Communicate progress to all levels of the organization Qualifications/Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited college or university
* Minimum 5 years of Power Generation or Oil & Gas experience Desired Characteristics:

* Proven team leadership skills; ability to effectively influence and motivate others
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
* Strong decision making skills
* 5 years of aftermarket parts experience
* 3 years of management experience
* Black Belt Certified (Baker Hughes Employees only)
* Experience working with global teams and previous global responsibilities
* MBA
* Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc.)
* Demonstrated ability to proactively identify challenges, resolve effectively, and deliver results
* Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach/mentor effectively
* Strong agent of change with focus on executing efficiently in a complex, diverse and dynamic cross-functional global matrix organization
* Demonstrated ability to drive solutions in a matrix organization and partner with a global network of stakeholders to deliver results
* Proven track record of delivering results and leading teams in a dynamic business environment
* Prior Baker Hughes experience
* Self-motivated, self-starter capable of remaining flexible to changing work priorities
* Strong Organizational, Analytic, and problem solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to proactively identify challenges, resolve effectively, and deliver results Locations:
