The Business Systems Analyst/Trainer is responsible for assisting the IT Director in the IT function for the organization. Primarily focused on main ERP solutions in place as well as assist in implementation of new software and training existing best practices.

Specifically, your job duties will include:

  • Manage and help maintain all ERP solutions used at RJM

  • Manage, develop and maintain reporting

  • Helpdesk support remote and onsite related to software

  • Manage technical documentation process

  • Assist in developing best practices with LEAN

  • Help Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that can be delivered to the Executive team.

  • Help building ROIs and scorecards for all inquires dealing with software.

  • Help develop future roadmaps for technology

  • Sit on at least one committee within RJM and one outside of RJM

  • Assist with efforts to improve IT processes

  • Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain reports

  • Security management


  • Bachelor’s degree  

Demonstrated Technical Competencies to include:

  • Office 365 – complete package to include support and implementation

  • Power BI

  • Vista by Viewpoint

  • SQL Server

  • Advanced Excel

  • Adobe

  • SharePoint

  • Cloud solution ERP’s

  • Technical writing

  • SAGE Software

  • Crystal Reports/SSRS
